PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Thank you for choosing THCA Nugs! We are committed to providing you with the best THCA flower at competitive prices, as well as exceptional customer service. Below is a detailed explanation of our fulfillment and shipping process to ensure transparency and set clear expectations.




Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule

  • Business Hours

    • Customer Service: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

    • Fulfillment Team: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

    • Closed on weekends and all federal holidays

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following business days.

  • Processing Time:

    • Most orders ship out the day after they are placed.

    • Occasionally, an order may ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed.

    • We allow up to 2 full business days for processing before shipment.




Shipping Notifications

  • Once your shipping label is printed, you’ll automatically receive an email with tracking information.

  • Important: A printed label means your order is being prepared, not that it has shipped.

  • Orders are usually handed off to USPS or UPS the same day labels are printed, but this is not guaranteed.

  • After handoff, please contact the carrier directly (with your tracking number) for delivery updates.

  • Always track on the carrier’s official sites: usps.com or ups.com. Do not use the Shop App, as its data is inaccurate.




When to Contact Us

  • Please do not contact us unless 2 full business days have passed since your order was placed.

    • Example 1: Order Monday → Wait until Thursday.

    • Example 2: Order Friday → May not ship until End of Day Tuesday.

  • Want to cancel? If your order has not left our facility, we can issue a full refund. If it has shipped, the product must be returned sealed and unopened for a refund.




Shipping Carrier Responsibility

  • Once your package is handed off to USPS/UPS, shipping times and delays are outside our control.

  • Shipping Costs: Fees you pay at checkout are passed directly to the carrier. THCA Nugs does not profit from expedited shipping charges.

  • We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.




Order Issues

  • Contact us at sales@thcanugs.com with:

    • Your 5-digit order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Photos, if requested

  • We will correct any mistakes on our end and work to ensure you are satisfied. Please reach out before leaving negative reviews, as most issues can be resolved quickly.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible but will assist where possible.




Customer Courtesy Policy

We take pride in delivering quality products and service. Please be respectful when contacting our team.

  • Profanity or abusive language will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban from ordering.




Shipping Timeframes

  • Example

    • Order Placed: Monday, January 2

    • Latest Ship Date: Wednesday, January 4 (End of Day)

  • Customer-Selected Methods

    • USPS Priority Mail: Up to 3 business days after shipment

    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment

    • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment

Note: Weekends and holidays are not business days.




Additional Notes

  • We do not ship internationally.

  • We do not ship to states banning THCA hemp products: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

  • Orders over $150 are considered high-value and may require an adult signature.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air do not deliver on Saturday. Orders shipped Friday will arrive Monday (Next Day Air) or Tuesday (2nd Day Air).
